Luxe Leaf Ladies is a luxury brand created for ambitious women thriving in the corporate world who know how to balance the demands of their career with the need of intentional relaxation. Our mission is to empower women to own their success while embracing the moments that bring peace and clarity without judgement. This is a community who lead boldly, work diligently, and embrace their love for cannabis discreetly in a society that doesn’t always understand.
Meet the Founder!
My name is Krysten and I am a 28-year-old black entrepreneur, pop culture enthusiast, and an unapologetic creative. As the founder and owner of Luxe Leaf Ladies, I created a community-first brand that uplifts ambitious women who handle business, break barriers, and enjoy cannabis without apology.
For me, smoking isn’t about checking out—it’s about checking in. It’s a reminder to breathe, reset, and keep perspective: it’s not that serious, but I am always still serious about winning.
Personally, cannabis has truly made a difference in my life especially at work. I work in property management and in 2023 it really started to take a toll on my mental and physical state. Once I started smoking, I found out….. that job wasn’t that serious, but it didn’t stop there!

Obviously I needed my own smoking accessories and when I went looking, I didn’t find anything I liked due to this stigma in this community. As there is nothing wrong with rainbows, aliens or just smoking for fun, but as a corporate girlie I wanted something to match my vibe. And that is where Luxe Leaf Ladies was born!

Luxe Leaf Ladies emphasizes luxury, self-care, and empowerment instead of the “stoner” stereotype. We’re not stoners, we’re “puffessionals”.
